Technical Engineering Resource (Aerospace) Limited, formed out of Washington Precision Limited, reflecting a 50 year history related to Aircraft manufacture with particular focus on “critical component” manufacture.  


This company within the Group focusses primarily on Aerospace, both commercial and military, coupled with the Defence sector.


The investment in Software Support, to include Catia V5 Multi-Axia manufacture, HSMWORKS Ultimate, engineering and project planning, tooling and fixture design, allows the programming of complex components for manufacture which in turn allows the company to be recognised within the Aerospace and Defence sectors for its ability, linked to investment in the company’s “skill sets” to take on Research and Development work.  This often leads to the reproducing of “in service” but dated components, for international distribution.


October 2014 saw the acquisition of Technical Engineering Resource (Aerospace) Limited, by the DLI Group.


Technical Engineering Resource (Aerospace) Limited use a range of Exotic Materials, using Specialist Tooling along with in house manufactured bespoke fixturing.

Technical Engineering Resource (Aerospace) Limited operates using a fully integrated Supply Chain Management System.  The system, Progress Plus, gives full traceability for materials and parts, Shopfloor Data Capture, Manufacturing Scheduling, Estimating, Quality Management, Stock Control, Sales, Purchase and Work Order Management.
